Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by Guests

We understand that plans can change! Our refund policy is as follows:

More than 7 days before tour: Full refund (minus any payment processing fees).

3–7 days before tour: 50% refund.

Less than 72 hours before tour or no-shows: No refund available.

Late arrivals: Tours start promptly. If you arrive late and miss the group, we cannot offer a refund or reschedule.

Rescheduling

If you’d like to move your booking:

You may reschedule your tour once free of charge if you contact us at least 72 hours before the scheduled time.

Rescheduling within 72 hours is subject to availability and a $20 per person change fee.

Cancellations by Taste of Austin Tours

In the rare event that we must cancel a tour (e.g., extreme weather, safety issues, or insufficient bookings):

Guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to another date.

Minimum Attendance

Some tours require a minimum number of participants to operate. If the minimum is not met, we will notify you at least 24 hours in advance and offer a full refund or reschedule option.

Special Circumstances

Refund exceptions may be considered in cases of medical emergencies or travel disruptions - documentation may be required.

How to Request a Refund

Please email shane@tasteofaustintours.com with your bookings reference number, and we’ll process your request within 5–7 business days.
